After very successful Business Leadership roles in USA, Middle East and India, G S left Corporate life and returned to India to work on the social problems India currently faced with. The first problem He picked up was the problems “FARMERS” are currently facing such as debt, inability to market their produce, and dependence on Govt. etc. Mr. Raju worked extensively with farmers to bring back their “Earnings and Dignity”. During this period, He has influenced around 24,000 farmers and made them not only profitable but also take charge of their own lives.
While G S continues to help the farmer groups, He is now working on the “UNEMPLOYABILITY AMONG YOUNG GRADUATES” issue. The National Employability Report for Engineers has shown that over 80% of engineers in India are unfit to take up any job in the knowledge economy. This is a serious issue and needs to be addressed on priority. We are working with thousands of students helping them to be ready for Industry by reskilling, upskilling, and facilitating them with unlimited job opportunities.
Besides all the above G S is an ardent storyteller and spends a lot of time mentoring young entrepreneurs, counseling troubled people, and teaching the learnings from History.
