Job description:
We are looking for fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills to join us as Project Executive. In this role, you’ll be trained on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and enterprise sales automation systems to support client implementations and deliver value-driven solutions. Success in this role means becoming a dependable team member who understands customer requirements, supports solution delivery, and grows into a confident, client-facing consultant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and senior consultants to ensure seamless project execution. This role is ideal for those who are just starting their careers and are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and contribute meaningfully to client success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Assist in the configuration and implementation of DealDox CPQ solutions
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
• Support testing, training, and troubleshooting during project rollouts
• Prepare reports and documentation to support project tracking and knowledge sharing
• Continuously learn and adapt to platform updates and industry trends
• Be open to short-term travel (a few months) to onsite customer locations for implementation projects

Required Skills:
• Recent graduate in any discipline (Business, Commerce or related fields preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with enterprise systems or business processes (a plus, but not required)
• Willingness to travel for project assignments as needed
