Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


• Build state of the art solutions for the web and mobile devices
• On the job training and work on live projects within couple of months
• Be an integral part of an exceptional team and directly contribute to it

Required Skills:

• An analytical mind with strong logical & reasoning ability
• Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good application development skills
• Strong debugging skills
• Should have a good eye for UI/UX
• A quick learning ability

Other Details:

You will be hired as a Solution Engineer.

Duration: 5 Months – Rs 10000, After that Full-time CTC of ₹4.15LPA for top performers.

Service Agreement: You will have a service agreement of 2 yrs (24 months), which
will start from day one. If you breach the service agreement you will have to pay
Rs.2,00,000.

Selection Process (In-Office Drive):

1. Programming Test: This is an online test with three programming questions in coding. We are looking for a logical approach and an algorithm. No aptitude test.

2. Technical Interview: Based on the outcome of the above test, candidates will further
undergo one or two technical rounds. This round evaluates the technical ability of the
candidate. In most of the cases this will be an individual round, but it may be grouped
with the formal interviewers.

3. Final HR Round: Final round of the selection process, where the candidate’s stability
and his confidence level towards the work will be evaluated. The interview
focuses on the overall personality check of the candidate. Once the candidate is selected,
he/she will be given an offer letter. Company’s executive may provide guidelines about
joining procedures and other prerequisites if needed.
