Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making to drive business growth and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Develop business process models and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance.
• Create dashboards and reports to present insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in project planning, risk analysis, and solution implementation.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and business analysis software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
