Job description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Support Engineer. In Hyderabad. We are in search of a dedicated Implementation Support Engineer who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of our SaaS-based business application solutions for our valued customers. The chosen candidate will not only foster strong client relationships but will also possess the drive for self-motivation, rapid learning, and the ability to work autonomously when required. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitasking will be a norm, and adaptability is crucial. We seek candidates who bring innovative and analytical problem-solving skills, along with a sincere passion for delivering top-tier customer support. As an Implementation Support Engineer, you’ll go beyond email correspondence to conduct product demos, provide customer training, conduct thorough gap analyses prior to implementation, and offer customized solutions that enhance customer experiences, all while avoiding unnecessary modifications to the product.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Showcase our product through compelling demos; ensuring customers grasp its capabilities. Conduct training sessions that empower customers to make the most of our solutions.
  • Prior to implementation, perform comprehensive gap analyses to understand customer requirements. Then, provide tailored solutions that optimize their experience, without necessarily altering the product.
  • Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide resolutions that align with customer needs and preferences.
  • Articulate complex concepts and solutions with clarity, both when engaging with internal teams and external customers.
  • Bring innovation to the forefront by analyzing challenges from different angles and providing creative solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and creating a partnership built on trust.

Other Details:

  • Should be able to work in US timings (9:00 pm – 6:00 am)
  • Bond – 24 Months; if any bond breaks, then there is a penalty of Rs. 1,50,000/- & Selected candidates need to submit their original educational documents at the time of joining.
  • After 1 year, based on their performance, the appraisal will take place.
