Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Actively promote our products to prospective customers, including contractors, architects, and builders.
• Conduct field visits to construction sites, industrial areas, and potential client locations.
• Generate leads through direct visits, field promotions, and relationship building.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples to potential customers.
• Assist the sales team in setting up product presentations and client meetings.
• Conduct market surveys to gather information about competitors, customer needs, and project opportunities.
• Maintain daily records of field activities and submit reports to the marketing manager.
• Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and roadshows when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and services.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Basic understanding of the construction/building materials industry is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred (travel allowances will be provided).
