Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Effective Communication: Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with our audience across various platforms.
  • Business Analytics: Leverage your MBA in Business Analytics to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform business decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Implement a strong digital marketing approach, including email marketing, continuously monitor and improve the online presence.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Ensure the consistency of brand voice across all channels.
  • Creative Content Creation: Design eye-catching, creative posts and graphics for social media, ensuring they align with our marketing goals and resonate with our audience.
  • Content Scheduling and Analytics: Plan, schedule, and execute posts across platforms while tracking performance, analyzing engagement metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Multi-tasking: Efficiently handle multiple marketing initiatives and tasks, balancing creativity with analytical insights to execute campaigns effectively and on time.

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and the ability to design engaging social media content.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content scheduling tools.
