Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead one of the Hiring Teams, reporting to TA head – the trends, developments, efforts and results, from time to time.
  • Build and maintain database of relevant profiles for both corporate and operations, in the industry.
  • To complete profile mapping first cut for all regions by mid of the year and further update it on a monthly basis.
  • Should suggest proactively from pipeline, available A+ people from relevant industry in every region.
  • Should take up employer branding initiatives to automatically make Oliva the right destination for best talent in the industry.
  • Understand and adhere to TA policies, standard operating procedures and work closely with the TA Head in assimilating best practices throughout and continuous improvement of recruitment practices and efficiency.
  • Interface and interact appropriately with all stakeholders in the process of hiring the right candidate.
  • Lead the team with clear directions to meet the set targets.
  • Through effective and appropriate communication, live and represent Oliva values to build brand awareness within and outside the organization.

Required Candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills with clarity of thought
  • Network and relationship-building with the aptitude to handle complexity
  • Solution focused and having an ability to drive stakeholders towards recruitment objective
  • Good usage knowledge of MS office and portals, desirable
