Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose viable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional system requirements.
• Communicate requirements effectively to the IT team.
• Maintain and update requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage expectations.

 Skill Required:

• Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal & Written)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Balsamiq, Visio, or similar tools for documentation and project management.
• Understanding of SQL for data analysis and querying.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for on-the-job learning.
