Job description:

We are offering an exciting trainee opportunity with the HR – Compensation & Benefits (C&B) department. The selected candidate will work closely with the C&B team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, compensation analysis, and benefits management.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR C&B team in daily operations and initiatives.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare relevant reports.
  • Contribute to reviewing and improving compensation policies and processes.
  • Support the preparation of benefits-related documentation and communications.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and compensation philosophy.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with hands-on experience in using advanced Excel functions.
