Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage back-office operations, ensuring efficient processing of sales and customer service.
- Provide sales support by coordinating with teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using computer knowledge.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal students.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any experience in back office operations or related fields.
- Strong understanding of backend operations and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students.
- Proficiency in computer applications for record-keeping purposes.
- Work/Shift Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
Languages known:
Should know Kannada/Hindi/Telugu/English. (Must possess good proficiency in English)
Requirements:
- Basic analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to build a strong relationship with the sales team and internal students.
