Job description:

We are looking for motivated Accounts Trainees to join our Finance Department. This entry-level position will provide training in various accounting functions within our retail environment. They will be promoted as Assistant Accountant after the 6 months training and later as Accounts officer. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support posting entries and preparing ledgers under supervision.
• Participate in entry posting of invoices and other financial documents.
• Help manage cash transactions and assist in bank reconciliations.
• Learn compliance with tax regulations, including GST, SHST, IGST, Income Tax, and TDS.
• Collaborate with team members to gain practical experience in financial processes.
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software is a plus.
