 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, provide clear and timely solutions, and ensure a seamless resolution process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by treating each interaction as an opportunity to create a positive and memorable experience.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Support team projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and elevating the quality of customer service.

        Night Shift (Time: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Monday – Friday)
