We are Dallas, TX based commercial real estate firm. We have successfully deployed over 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial properties across the USA and India.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitment needs.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to source candidates from various channels including job boards, social media platforms, university career services, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to further determine applicant suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with the hiring team and follow up on the interview process status.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and open house events, to increase company visibility and attract potential candidate
- Complete hiring process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
