Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Management:
  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms.
  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:
  • Support the creation, monitoring, and optimization of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Assist in designing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Maintain and grow email subscriber lists.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve strategies.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Assist in exploring new platforms and tools to expand marketing efforts.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as design, content, and sales, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • 2.2 LPA for 3 months Post that 3 LPA
