Qualifications Required:

  • Strong Background: Expertise in data structures and algorithms.
  • Database Knowledge: In-depth understanding of fundamental database concepts, including stored procedures and SQL.
  • Coding Skills: Proficient in addressing daily coding challenges and adhering to best coding practices.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in C++, Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to tackle new challenges within the organization.

Interview Process

The selection process includes four stages:

  1. Technical Written Test:Solve two programming problems.
  2. System Task:Complete a task related to system design and implementation.
  3. HR Interview:Evaluate cultural fit, career goals, and overall suitability.
  4. Technical Interview with Leadership Team:Discuss technical expertise and problem-solving skills in detail
