As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers eager to start a career in recruitment and human resources.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles
• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Assist in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records

Interview Process:
