Skills Required:
- Graduate with excellent communication skill.
- Willingness to work Night shifts ( 6:30 PM To 2:30 AM ) in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding the world of US IT & software Recruitment & Hiring Best practices.
- Experience with hiring on social media platforms.
- Good understanding of US tax terminologies.
- Building relationships with the best talent available in the US IT & Software industry.
- Aggressively scouting for quality candidates and building interview pipelines for all the assigned technical requirements daily.
- Expertly managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for positions assigned. (Source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers).
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience along the way.
