Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company’s products/services.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about sales and customer service.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed / two-wheeler is mandatory.
