We are a state-of-the-art Real Estate platform that services and supports all Property Buyers and Sellers in their needs like Buying, Selling Rental, or Resale of their Apartments and Commercial Properties. We are a RERA registered Service Provider with a registered office in Bangalore [Corporate office] and branches spread across Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Coimbatore, Mumbai, and Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contacting and following up with new Clients and setting up new business opportunities.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business, and cold calling for sales of Primary properties.
- Understand client’s needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.
- Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects
Required Qualification and skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Persuasive with marketing and sales skill
- Customer service orientation
- High levels of passion and ownership
2-Wheeler required.
