Responsibilities:
- Review the work orders.
- Follow-up with US Healthcare insurance carriers for claim status.
- Follow up with US Healthcare insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
- Follow-up on payment information if the claims are processed.
- Analyse claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
Skills:
- Effective communication in English.
Training
- You will be provided with the necessary training
Others:
- Willing to work in the US (Night) Shifts.
- Work Timings: 6:30PM – 3:30AM
- Certification clause – Any one of your certificates will be collected and kept with the company for 18 Months (10th or 12th).
- Pick up & drop facilities for Female employees.
- Rs. 2000 transportation for Male employees.
