Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound service calls from customers on life insurance policies
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Process policy renewals and changes as per CRM guidelines
  • Document customer interactions and ensure follow-ups
  • Escalate complex queries to appropriate channels

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Monday to Saturday (9 AM to 6 PM) with fixed Sunday off
