Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Employee Records and Documentation:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in managing HR databases and filing systems.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.

Employee Relations:

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources as needed.

HR Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
