Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attract potential customers by answering our software and service-related questions 
  • Interact and process information in response to issues generated over email & incoming calls related to our software.
  • Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationships with clients/customers & as well as with team members.
  • Suggesting the right information about our product, based on customers information.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language is a must.
  • Must have good computer knowledge (MS- Office)
  • Must be fluent in English; Hindi; Telugu and any other south Indian language would be an added advantage.
  • 2 years of bond agreement.
