Job Description

Roles:

• To perform the prescribed functions on daily basis and ensure all the orders are delivered within the TAT. Also to provide an accurate score and recommendation in accordance with the group standards.

Responsibilities:

• To analyze the data provided is accurate.
• Quality check on the provided data.
• Ensure the delivery of reports within the TAT.
• Ensure additional points are value added as and when it is required.
• To handle email and phone enquirers from customers and colleagues to facilitate work process and according to the prescribed company standards and prescribed workflow procedure
• 100% client satisfaction on score and recommendation.
• Ensure Error Rate/Accuracy are in line with the Group Standards & Compliance.’
  
  

Skill Set:

• Good command of English and preferably most of the north Indian languages for calling.
• Technically sound in financial knowledge (Should be capable enough to asses on the B/S and P&L A/c)
• Detail-oriented and accustomed to detecting errors
• Multi-tasking, able to handle high volume of work under high pressure
• People-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized and self-motivated
• Able to meet deadline and daily volume target
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word, etc.)
• Calling ability and convincing the customer to procure data.
• Providing adverse information (Amalgamation, Liquidation, name change or legal etc…)
